Joe Carabase

Joe Carabase is a renowned fitness and wellness coach with almost 20 years of experience helping clients transform their bodies and lives. Known for his innovative training methods and motivational approach, Joe has worked with major brands like Men's Health and Beachbody and serves as the trusted Fitness Expert for Great Day Connecticut. As a fitness entrepreneur, he has built several successful brands—m.e.l.t. Fitness, In30Fit, and now D-Fine Mind & Body Wellness—centered around client experience and tangible results, guiding people toward achieving lasting, impactful transformations. Joe is also a certified hypnotist, guiding his clients to reprogram their subconscious minds, effectively breaking free from internal or external negative patterns for lasting change. Most of all, Joe is a proud dad to Maevey and Joey, and a loving husband to his wife, Marikate.

Marikate Carabase

Marikate Carabase has a masters degree in special education from Simmons University and a degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Western New England University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years experience working with children from a wide range of behavioral needs. She has experience in schools, clinics and residential settings. However, the role she takes the most pride in, is being the mother to Maeve and Joey! This is what motivates Marikate to be a founder of Apogee Glastonbury where she and her husband will redline what education looks like with an individualized approach to ensure each learner is set up for success and develops a love for learning, health and wellness
